Property information

Fantastic completely renovated apartment in a natural environment. Located next to Saillagouse in a landscaped residential area called Les Ferreries, with a communal indoor pool and sauna. It is a completely renovated and equipped apartment, it has a single level where we find a living room with fireplace and access to a balcony. Modern open kitchen with dishwasher, coffee maker, washing machine, toaster, microwave/grill and everything you need. The accommodation has a double bedroom with a double bed and another with two single beds. Very bright. 1 full bathroom with bathtub. Parking on the same property. (square number 22). Elevator. It has a communal garden and indoor pool, sauna, closed games room with kitchen in the garden and a children's park next to a river. Very quiet residential area surrounded by nature. Pool hours are from 8 a.m. to 8 p.m.

Neighbourhood information

Very quiet residential complex in the middle of nature, a pleasant walk from the center of Saillagouse. It has a large green area crossed by a small river, panoramic views, community pool, sauna and playground for children.
