RULES FOR THE USE OF THE PRIVATE SWIMMING POOL IN THE PROPERTY "lES GLYCINES " AT URY :

THE SWIMMING POOL OPEN FROM MAY 01 TO SEPTEMBER 30

In accordance with French regulations governing the use of private family swimming pools open to guests, to prevent accidents involving children, and to ensure a pleasant experience for all customers

Kindly find below the pool rules :

ARTICLE 1 : By using the pool, you agree to these rules.

ARTICLE 2 : Opening hours from 5 p.m. to 8 p.m.

ARTICLE 3 : Access for minors only with the continued presence of the accompanying adult who will ensure the safety and supervision of the children.

THE PARENTS ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR THE SAFETY AND SUPERVISION OF THEIR CHILDREN.

ATTENTION: THE SWIMMING POOL IS NOT suitable for children.

(FLAT-BOTTOMED, 1.55 M DEEP) THEREFORE IT IS NOT SUITABLE FOR CHILDREN UNDER 5 YEARS OF AGE WHO DO NOT KNOW HOW TO SWIM.

ARTICLE 4 : No swimming alone or without a supervisor.

ARTICLE 5 : RESPONSIBILITY : Guests are entirely responsible for any accident occurring to them.

ARTICLE6 : The owners would like to remind all their guests that the swimming pool is unsupervised.

ARTICLE7 : AS THE SWIMMING POOL IS A PRIVATE FAMILY POOL, ITS USE IS RESERVED TO THE MEMBERS OF THE OWNER'S FAMILY AND TO THE FAMILY MEMBERS STAYING AT THE PROPERTY;

ARTICLE 8 : The pool area is a place of peace and relaxation. All noisy and dangerous games in the pool are forbidden.

ARTICLE 9 :

Users undertake :

Not to use sunscreen before swimming.

To use a bathing suit only for swimming.

Room towels are not to be used outside the room.

We can provide towels on request.

Do not bring any food or drink, except drinkable water close to the pool.

ARTICLE 10 : All pool users must be covered by third-party liability, defense and recourse insurance.

ARTICLE 11 : In the event of repeated breaches of any of the above articles, the owner may withdraw the authorisation he has previously granted without compensation of any kind.

THE OWNER CANNOT BE HELD RESPONSIBLE IF THE POOL IS TEMPORARILY UNAVAILABLE (UNAVAILABLE FOR MAINTENANCE)
