Beautiful apartment located in Pierry, just 3km away from Epernay, the capital of Champagne.
Completely renovated, this apartment offer to you an area of 65m2, on two floors.
The proximity to the champagne vineyard and these famous houses will offer to you the most beautiful walks.
Les Gouttes d'or are located a few meters from weeding reception areas such as the Domaine MILTAT or the Chateau de Pierry.
On the ground floor, you will find a kitchen equipped with a hob, an oven/microwave, a refrigerator and a NESPRESSO coffee machine, open to a living/dining room.
Equipped with a convertible sofa, the TV lounge can accommodate 2 travellers. The living room is equipped with a flat-screen TV.
On the ground floor, you will also find a first bathroom with walk-in shower, sink and toilet.
