The fine print
In order to avoid damage to the premises, the owners of bicycles and skis must use the supports fixed to the ground in the secure garage and go through the garage door to store them or take them out, and in no case store them in the apartments. A video-surveillance system is installed. Any offender may be detained all or part of the deposit.
Please note that pets will incur an additional charge of 20 € per pet with a maximum of 1 pet allowed per room.
