## The space GROUND FLOOR APARTMENT Our apartment consists of: * A large open living room with its fully equipped kitchen (combined fridge, filter coffee machine, kettle, hob, hood, washing machine and all the necessary crockery), a dining area with table and chair, a 140 x sofa bed 190 a television and free wifi access. The living space opens onto an outdoor terrace with garden furniture * A bathroom with bathtub and single sink * A bedroom with 1 90x190cm beds and fitted wardrobes * A bedroom with 2 90x190cm beds, fitted cupboards Also available: - Drying rack, vacuum cleaner and mop - Wireless - Bed and bath linen + bath mat and tea towel provided Large free shared parking and our concierge available on site if needed Cleaning is carried out before your arrival and after your departure, but we ask you to keep our apartment in a suitable condition.
