Cocoonr offers you this charming 70 m² house for rent in Saint-Coulomb, less than a kilometer from the superb Chevrets beach, which can accommodate up to 8 travelers. It comprises an attractive 30 m² living room with fully-equipped kitchen, three bedrooms and a shower room. Housekeeping is included in the rental price, and 4* hotel-quality linen is provided (sheets, towels, tea towels). Your bed will be made up on arrival. The accommodation is composed as follows: - A 30 m² living room with TV, wifi (fiber optics) - Fully equipped kitchen with electric kettle, microwave, Airfryer, toaster, dishwasher, stovetop and more... - On the 1st floor, a bedroom with a king-size double bed (180×200) and a bedroom with two single beds (90x200), a bathroom with shower and toilet. - On the 2nd floor, a bedroom with four single beds (90x200). For even greater comfort: barbecue, washing machine, ironing board and iron, cot (baby cot available on request when booking). For safety and hygiene reasons, we don't provide mattresses, apart from the one already included with the cot. Feel free to bring your own if you'd like one.) Other remarks : - Bed linen and towels included - Free WiFi available - The staircases between the 2 floors are quite steep, so please be careful with small children. - Pets are not allowed. You will be able to access the accommodation independently with a key box on site. The house is ideally located in Saint-Coulomb, in very pleasant surroundings. The shops in the center of Saint-Coulomb (bakery, butcher's, pharmacy, mini-market) are a 5-minute drive away. The Chevrets beach is a 5-minute walk away. Transportation : If you choose to come by car, you can park directly in the private parking lot in front of the house.
