Les Régniers are two adjoining, fully-equipped stone gîtes, with a family spirit typical of houses with a history. They can be booked together or separately. Gîte Le 24 sleeps a maximum of 8 people (adults, children and babies). Gîte Le 33 sleeps a maximum of 4 to 6 people (adults, children and babies). The two gîtes, booked together, can accommodate up to 14 people as a family or with friends, while still offering independent living spaces. A shared courtyard with furniture and barbecue, and a separate garden with a semi-underground swimming pool and leisure facilities, give you everything you need to spend some quality time together. Baby equipment and children's games are available to lighten your luggage! The gîtes are located just behind our house, with their own entrance, in a village hamlet between vineyards and forests. Close to the Dordogne, and at the crossroads of three major wine-producing departments between St Emilion, Duras and Bergerac, you can enjoy a slow-paced, peaceful holiday in close proximity to nature! Castles, wines, old stones, sport or relaxation, it's up to you to put together your own programme!

Our small family moved to the countryside after many years of working in the city. Passionate about meeting new people, we have decided to share the buildings that make up our property with travellers. We live behind the gîtes with our own access, and I'll be available throughout your stay if you need me. We look forward to meeting you!

The gîtes are located in a small hamlet at the entrance to the village of Eynesse-33220. It is a small property consisting of the two gîtes and our family home. The two gîtes share the outside space, and we have independent access to our house. You'll be staying with us, and we'll be discreet or available as you wish. The village, on the banks of the Dordogne, between vineyards and forests, is a haven of peace. There are no shops in the village (just a small bar and a baguette dispenser), but all amenities are just 6 km away by car in the commune of Ste Foy La Grande. Just 70 km from Bordeaux, 30 km from Bergerac and 20 km from Duras, this is the ideal place to discover the wonders of Gironde, Dordogne and Lot et Garonne!
