The flat has a living room with direct access to a loggia through a large bay window, a separate kitchen fully equipped, a large bedroom opening onto a second loggia, An extra bedroom with a BZ sofa bed (140*190) and a bathroom. Numerous amenities and activities are quickly accessible not far from the house: beach, walking or biking on the coast, water sports, market, Casino etc.. Private parking. Free wifi access. Sheets and towels at extra cost.

Neighborhood: This apartment is located in a quiet and secure residence, with a view on the marina on one side, and on the countryside on the other side, next to the oyster parks and the sailing school. You will find various shops within walking distance, restaurants and a fish market.
