Modern and comfortable two-room apartment for 4 people. On the 2nd floor with elevator, private parking and sheltered. In a secure residence, sunny building exposed to the quiet side garden, with stunning views of the mountain. Ideally located in the most sought after area of the resort, in the heart of the main shopping street, 10 m from a walking path, 20 m from the Tourist Office, CLOSE to the thermal baths. All travel is on foot. - The apartment has an equipped kitchen and complete appliances: combined oven (rotating heat, microwave and grill) refrigerator and freezer, induction hob, extractor hood, robot multifunction, coffee maker, toaster, raclette machine, new dishes (children included) - Flat screen TV. - Bedding: four Bull-Tex anti-microbial, mite and fungal beds in two separate rooms. - Cabinets and large drawers with ample storage. - Bright bathroom with window, mountain view. Bathtub, hairdryer, heated towel dryer/separate toilet. - Cellar for storing sports equipment. - Arrivals possible at any time. - Rapid response assured. * Smoking allowed but only on the terrace.
Hello to all, Fan of music, I also like decoration, art and creation in all its forms, nature, playing sports and especially skiing. Hence my crush on this station. I had the chance to go to big resorts, and what disappointed me a bit ... was that after skiing, there wasn't much to do. And apart from the sports and sausage stores ... we quickly went around! In Bagnères-de-Luchon there is an après ski life ... with plenty of independent shops with activities for all ages. The welcome and hospitality of its inhabitants are part of the good memories we have of a region or a country. I wanted to make this apartment a welcoming and comfortable stopover where holidaymakers feel as good as at home ... with the added change of scenery. Bagnères-de-Luchon is a pretty resort with mountain charm that has remained family-friendly. The residence is located in the center of the main street, in the heart of all infrastructure, shopping and leisure. Everything is 1 minute walk: gondola, Tourist Office, main street with its independent shops, restaurants, bars, Post office, banks, sports equipment rentals, supermarkets, discover the city by taking a horse-drawn carriage, thermal baths 5 minutes, walking path in front of the apartment... The Superbagnères resort (2,260 m Pyrénées - Haute-Garonne) located on 4 slopes offers an incomparable panoramic view of the Luchon valley. Has a ski area of 32 km divided into 28 slopes and 180 snow cannons. A ski school, a cross-country ski route, a toboggan run, snowshoe rides, a very varied Snowpark accessible to skiers of all levels, a paragliding start and five high-altitude restaurants. Many sliding activities: outdoor skating rink... you can even build your igloo (and for the bravest) sleep there at night... The price of gondola lifts is one of the cheapest of the major resorts. THE HIGHLIGHTS OF THIS RENTAL: - The apartment is very well located in the resort, at the foot of all the shops useful to your stay and as it is the second building of the residence, it is quiet with mountain views. - Walking path nearby. - You can come to this station WITHOUT CAR. There is a train station 1.4 km away with shuttles and taxis. - All trips are on foot: for your leisure and shopping. - For skiing, the residence is 20 m from the gondolas. - I offer discount vouchers of - 20% on your ski rentals, in a shop near the gondolas.
