This is a two-storey holiday home, with only the ground floor available to guests, ensuring an independent and comfortable space with a private pool. The 60 m² property features a living room with a sofa bed for two people, a fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, one bedroom and one bathroom, accommodating up to four people. Additional amenities include Wi-Fi, a television, air conditioning, heating, and a washing machine. A baby cot and a high chair are also available. The private outdoor area offers a fenced pool, a hot tub, a garden, two terraces (open and covered), a barbecue, an outdoor shower, and a tennis court. The pool and hot tub are accessible only from mid-May to the end of September. The region also offers a thermal bath, rivers, picturesque villages, as well as many hiking and mountain biking trails. A parking space is available on the property. Families with children are welcome. Pets, smokers, and events are not allowed. The house has a step-free interior and is equipped with water- and energy-saving devices. Recycling instructions are also provided on site.
