L'Agence Cocoonr B&P vous propose in the commune of Plomodiern, this charming lodging of a surface of 55 m ², joint with the owners, at 2 km of the sea and being able to accomodate to 4 travellers. It is composed of a nice living room of 20 m², an open plan kitchen, two nice bedrooms, a shower room and you can enjoy a garden of about 40 m². This gîte has Wifi. Do not hesitate to book this charming cocoon! The gîte is on one level and is composed as follows: - A living room of 20 m² with TV, sofa, functional fireplace and dining area. - An open kitchen equipped with electric kettle, oven, microwave oven, toaster, dishwasher, hotplates, filter coffee machine... - A laundry room with washing machine. - Bedroom 1: a queen-size bed (160×200) and a closet. - Bedroom 2: two single beds and a wardrobe. - A shower room with shower, hair dryer and towel dryer. - Separate WC. Outside : - A beautiful south-facing garden of 40 m² with furniture to enjoy the beautiful days. For even more comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: barbecue, high chair, washing machine, cot, ironing board and iron. Other remarks: - The fireplace is functional. Wood is provided. - Free wifi available. - Pets are allowed in the gîte provided they are used to living indoors. Specific cleaning must be carried out before departure. - Cleaning at the end of your stay includes preparing the accommodation for future visitors. Please leave it in a clean and tidy condition and clean all appliances after use. - Bed linen and towels are not included and can be provided on request, at an additional cost (rental and payment to be made with our partner on site): 15e per person including bed linen and towels. - Towels and bath mats are provided.

The house is ideally situated in Plomodiern, in a very pleasant environment. The road in front of the garden is not very busy as it is a dead end: it is only used by the owners and a few hikers. You will be able to benefit from the proximity of all the essential shops, restaurants... Plomodiern is a commune nestled on the bay of Douarnenez at the entrance of the peninsula of Crozon. You will have the opportunity to enjoy a multitude of activities both land and sea. Let yourself be carried away by the Celtic atmosphere and discover Locronan, a village of character or Quimper, two beautiful cities with enriching cultural visits! You will be seduced by the green nature on one side and its fine sandy beaches on the other side such as Kervijen, Porz Ar Vag, Lestrevet; Kervel and Sainte-Anne-la-Palud are about 10 kilometers away and offer you the possibility to try nautical activities. - Tourist sites : The typical village of Locronan is 15 minutes away (discovery of the village with its numerous galleries, its church, its small shops and its creperies). The authentic town of Douarnenez is 20 minutes away (discovery of the canneries, the port, the town center and the coastal paths).
