Very nice and central 2 bedroom house in the center of Nice. From the very central location, you will be able to discover the narrow street of the "Vieux Nice" in a short 2 minutes walk, Catch tram to the the lively Avenue Jean Medecin with its shops and cafes and even go to the beach before your ice cream melts! For the culture lovers, the house site at the bottom of the "Colline di Château", where no castle site anymore, but offers a breathtaking view of the Promenade des Anglais
I am a 30 year old something dad, and we live with my family in the heart of Nice. A traveler at heart, I spent quite some time in the UK to finish my studies. But life drew me back to my hometown, and away to the South of France when family grew But suit cases are never far away, to enjoy what the encounter with new landscapes and new cultures has to offer!
House site in the newly refurbished "République/Garibaldi" area. Great neighbourhood, with great restaurants and takeways! Very well connected, with Old Nice less than 100m away, and tram station at the door step!
