Great location in a quit and safe area. Haven of peace, beautiful luxury villa in the massif of Esterel with a panoramic view of the bay of Cannes, Grasse and the mountain. Enjoy the welcoming, bright and sunny house and the infinity pool with the amazing see view of Cannes Bay. Close to Cannes, Mandelieu, Fréjus, Nice, Monaco, Grace, Saint Cassien lake and 15 minutes from the Mediterranean beaches. For tennis lovers there are two free tennis courts in the private subdivision (domain) with free access. You can also enjoy the shady bowls game which is located in the garden of the villa . Very well equiped, Air Condition and free WIFI. Three terrasses,... When you stay in Luxury Villa home, you can be sure you will enjoy a unique holiday home in ideal surroundings. In a setting of greenery and flowers, dominant and central location in the Esterel massif to visit from Monaco to Saint Tropez via Nice, Cannes, Grace, Saint Paul De Vence, ... Close to the sea and the Mediterranean beach , quiet and surrounded by nature. The Lake Saint Cassien is less than 5 km away. You can find pedalo, paddle, a lot activities for the children. Very nice Provencal village, with a very nice farmers market, lots of shops and a very nice wine cellar. You can also enjoy the shady bowls game which is located in the garden of the villa and also in a dedicated place in the village .
