Ideally located and facing south, the ground floor comprises an entrance hall with a closet, a spacious L-shaped living room opening onto the terrace and pool, a fully equipped kitchen (induction hob, extractor hood, dishwasher, oven and microwave, refrigerator/freezer), a toilet, a bedroom, and a gas barbecue. Upstairs: 3 bedrooms, a large bathroom with a shower and bathtub, and a separate toilet.
Quiet residential area. Shops nearby (bakery, Carrefour Express, Lidl, La Poste, Basic Fit) Located a 15-minute drive from the airport and 15 to 20 minutes from the beaches, and 20 minutes from Spain.
