This bright house, rated 3 stars and renovated between 2016 and 2017, is quietly located at the end of a cul-de-sac. It offers views over neighboring rooftops and pine trees, with full southern exposure and two private gardens, perfect for a relaxing stay. The house is fully excavated, with a spacious basement including a smoking room, a games room with ping-pong table and a large garage. Renovated in the traditional Rhaetan style, it can accommodate up to 8 adults and 2 children, with top-quality amenities. It includes a spacious living room with new stove, a fully-equipped modern kitchen, and four bedrooms: 2 with 160cm beds and 2 with 90cm beds that can be joined together. The house has two modern bathrooms, one with shower and washing machine, the other with large shower and WC, as well as a separate WC. The two gardens surrounding the house are ideal for relaxation. The south-facing main garden features a terrace with electric awning, a large table and garden furniture. The more intimate rear garden is equipped with deckchairs and a table. The basement includes a two-car garage that can also be used as a games room, with an additional fridge and storage space for bikes and beach equipment. Bedding is of high quality, with new comforters and pillows, and linen (sheets, towels, tea towels) is included. Modern appliances include dishwasher, microwave, fan-assisted oven, refrigerator, Nespresso, and more. Outside, you'll find a Weber barbecue, deckchairs and garden furniture for enjoying the terrace. A direct bus from La Rochelle airport or train station takes around 30 minutes. Easy access by car.
