VILLA WITH MAGNIFICENT WOODED GARDEN NEAR THE BEACH AND TOWN CENTER We offer this 70m² house on a large wooded garden (with a children's swing set and a ping-pong table) just 500m from the beach and Cabourg town center. This villa features a large 26m² living/dining room on the ground floor (with a flat-screen TV, home theater system, and radio/CD player) and a fully equipped separate kitchen (two electric hobs, dishwasher, refrigerator, electric oven, microwave, and washing machine in the utility room, as well as a traditional and Nespresso coffee maker). Upstairs, there are two bedrooms (one 160x200cm bed in the first bedroom and two 90x190cm trundle beds in the second bedroom) and a bathroom (with a bathtub and a tumble dryer). Separate toilets on the ground floor and first floor. Baby equipment available (travel cot and changing mat). Free internet access throughout the house. You can park 2 cars in the garden. Additional services (optional) to be paid on the day of arrival: cleaning (euros80), bed linen (90x190: euros20/ 140x190: euros22/ 160x200: euros25, please let us know a few days before arrival), baby bed (euros25/week). Tourist tax to be paid on the day of arrival. Property managed by a professional. Unless stated, services such as cleaning, bed linen, towels etc. are not included in the price of this rental.
