Lake Sagnat is a 10-15 minute walk or a 5 minute drive with a beach and swimming, picnic areas. Lake of Saint-Pardoux nearby has loads of facilities. 35 minutes drive from Limoges Airport, or if driving it is just off A20 junction 24., then a 10 minute drive to the property.

Building Maison De Lavende has been a labor of love, sweat and tears. Now it is all finished to such a high standard we would like to share, the fun and enjoyment of our holidays there with others. We have had some amazing times, relaxing or with a number of friends. We use the property for our own vacations. We have also had some amazing parties here with loads of friends, over 28 once came to visit with some camping in the gardens. We have also had family vacations, including grandparents and grandchildren all in one place to enjoy time together. We really want others to enjoy what we have experienced and to love this house and its surroundings. Bessines Sur Gartempe the nearest village is great for local small bar, restaurants and shopping facilities including Inter-marche, Aldi and a fuel station. Chateauponsac an historical village within 15 minute drive is beautiful with a small bridge over the river. Limoges within 30 minutes drive. The house walking through the lanes and down to Lac Sagnet is stunning only 10 minutes walk to the Lake with a Beach area, play ground and a local bar and b n b Bar de Lac. Our Grandson love swimming in the lake. Lake of Saint-Pardoux within 15 minute drive has loads of facilities, beach, sailing, wind surfing, water skiing, monkey tree facility, heated pool, fishing, cycling, walking.
