The property is 2 km from St. Pierre-de-Colombier, it is known for the wasteland, vast forests, rivers and beautiful mountains. A visit to the High Falls of Ray-Pic (16 km) is worthy. South of Aubenas are the medieval towns of Vogüé (30km), Largentière (30km), Balazuc (35km), Ruoms (35km) Restaurants are located 8 km away. The house is fully equipped. In the living area, there is a heating facility in the living area with TV. There is a kitchen with oven and dishwasher. There is also a terrace where you can barbecue along with your family.
