In Berry, near the A20 motorway, this gîte is ideal for family or friends gatherings in the heart of France, just a few minutes' walk from the train station and the town center of Argenton-sur-Creuse and the historic site of Saint-Marcel. This town house features a private, enclosed 100 m² garden, a private terrace, and free street parking (in front of the house).
Ground floor: dining room/kitchen with access to the garden, separate living room, laundry room, and shower room/WC.
First floor: landing, two adjoining bedrooms (the first with bunk beds and a single bed / the second with a double bed and a single bed), shower room/WC, and two further adjoining bedrooms (the first with two single beds / the second with a double bed and a single bed).
Second floor: landing and a bedroom with a double bed.
Veranda The exterior is accessible via the laundry room, with two adult city bikes available.
Gas heating is included in the price.
Two additional beds are available if needed.
End-of-stay cleaning is included in the booking (excluding dishes and trash).
