House of 64 m2 on 2 levels with enclosed and private land of 400 m2, motorized gate access with Digicode.
On the ground floor you have a living dining room with fully equipped kitchen, sofa bed and its tv, internet, bathroom with walk-in shower, wc and vanity unit and a cupboard with washing machine and clothes dryer.
Upstairs, you will find two bedrooms with a 160 by 200 bed, chest of drawers, carrying as well as a toilet with hand basin on the landing.
Finally you have a tiled terrace with barbecue dining area enclosed garden for animals or children, a swing, small children's house and are slide and a Ping Ping table. A private driveway to park 2 vehicles

Located 200 meters or 2 minutes walk from the Mistou mill.
25 minutes from Disneyland and Val d'Europe, 50 minutes from Paris and next to the feline park and Parrot World. Large town close to coulommiers with all commerce 8 kilometers away.
