Beautiful contemporary and comfortable house from 2005, detached, of approximately 150 m², located in a residential area, at the end of a dead end, quiet, within walking distance of the village of St Gildas de Rhuys and its small shops, 700 m from the Grand Mont coastal path with its cliffs offering remarkable views of the islands of Houat, Hoëdic, Belle-Île-en-Mer and the Quiberon peninsula and its coves with crystal clear waters.
