Here, savor the tranquility by a large shared swimming pool (5 x 10 m, open from June to September), before exploring the gems of Berry. Plus points: a large outdoor area designed for children and adults with a soccer field, volleyball net, badminton area, and pétanque court—ideal for spending time with family or friends. The swimming pool is shared with the owners and a charming caravan located on the property. On the ground floor: open-plan living area including a fully equipped kitchen, dining room, and living room – separate toilet – storage room – 1 bedroom with 2 single beds and a private shower. Upstairs: bathroom – separate toilet – 3 bedrooms (2 double beds, 3 single beds) + 1 crib. Gas and electric heating (EJP rate – billed according to consumption), wood at an additional cost (euros45 per cubic meter). On-site parking. The grounds are shared with the owners and a caravan, but spacious enough to maintain privacy, with no direct view. Shared swimming pool (5 x 10 m) open from June 15th to September 30th.
