Ground Floor: Spanning 100 m², the ground floor features a bright double bedroom with stunning south-facing garden views and an en-suite shower room with a double washbasin. A separate toilet provides added convenience. The spacious living room, adorned with a cozy fireplace, invites relaxation, while the elegant dining room boasts an oval table that comfortably seats eight. The large modern kitchen (25 m²) is perfect for culinary adventures, featuring a square table that seats six, along with a laundry room equipped with a washing machine and tumble dryer.
