The fine print
At the exit, the places must be returned to the same as the travelers will have found them on arrival, namely: the cleaning must be done, the dishes put away and the trash emptied and taken away by the travelers. If travelers do not wish to do the cleaning on their way out, they can opt for the cleaning package in the amount of € 50 to € 100 depending on the inventory of fixtures on the day of the exit. The traveler must inform us one day before his departure of this option. The cost of the cleaning package is therefore not included in the amount of the reservation. This is an option to be paid directly in cash on the day of the release.
A damage deposit of € 150 is required on arrival. This will be collected as a cash payment. You should be reimbursed on check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full in cash, subject to an inspection of the property.
