This 140m² holiday home, fully renovated in 2022, is fully equipped and very functional, located right in the town center of Ploubalay (Beaussais-sur-Mer). Tastefully decorated, it is the perfect place for family or friends’ getaways. You are close to the beaches (5 minutes by car) and all amenities (just steps away), while enjoying a 500m² enclosed garden and a peaceful neighborhood. Ground Floor: - Large, bright living room with a lounge area, wood-burning stove (wood not provided but can be purchased at the nearby garden center). - Open-plan kitchen, fully equipped (dishwasher, oven, microwave, induction hob, fridge, crockery, etc.). - TV area for relaxing moments. - Master bedroom with a double bed (160x200cm), dressing room, and en-suite shower room. - Separate WC. First Floor: - Master bedroom with a double bed (160x200cm) and private bathroom, equipped with a washing machine. - Twin bedroom (2x 80x190cm, can be combined to make a 160x190cm bed). - Bedroom with two single beds (2x 90x190cm). - Open room (closed by a thick curtain) with a single bed (90x190cm). - Shower room. - Separate WC. - Large landing with a desk. Exterior: - 500m² enclosed garden with a terrace, outdoor dining table, and parasol. - Small sheltered area where the barbecue is stored and where you can also store your bicycles. (The large outdoor shed is not accessible.) - Outdoor shower for returning from the beach. Important information : Bed linen and towels are not included for stays of less than one week.
