Nearby the sea, 400 meters from the beach ! Spacious and comfortable family house of 80 m² on a 400 m² property with a garden, terrace and barbecue for the sunny days + private outdoor parking space allowing 2 cars. Perfect for a pleasant and rejuvenating stay with your family, friends, alone or as a couple. You benefit from three bedrooms (two bedrooms with a double-size bed and one bedroom with two single beds that you can put together at your convenience), a lounge room, dining room and a fully equipped kitchen. A washing machine is also at your disposal. For drying, you can go to the laundromat located a few steps (30 seconds) away from the house or you may simply hang your laundry on the clothesline. Wifi access available.
Among the main assets of our accommodation, including the presence of Mont Saint Michel just 45 minutes away by car along a gorgeous costline, there is also your immediate proximity to the beach which is 400 meters away, less than 5 minutes on foot. This little neck of Normandy boasting the highest tides in Europe is ideal for swimming and water sports as well as shore fishing / clam fishing at low tide when the sea recedes far into the distance. Granville, with its fishing port and marina, is also nicknamed "The Monaco of the North" due to its fortified upper town overlooking the bay. Famous designer Christian Dior was born in Granville. The property of his childhood with a flowery park is today a museum hosting exhibitions renewed each season. Other museums, such as the Aquarium, and seasonal attractions offer also great visiting opportunities. Finally, the region between sea and countryside, rich of history, allows some magnificent trips including the coastal scenic route, all kinds of walks, hikes and cycling fun.
