My name is Denis and my little family and I like to welcome our travelers in our small house. We also often stay with guests because we like to feel everywhere at home!

Property information

We warmly welcome you in our family house ideally located (Arcachon center). You will be in the heart of the city, 200 m from the central beach and 250 m from the Parc Mauresque. Les Halles and all shops are nearby. There is no parking space but it’s not annoying since the parking is free in the area and given the location of our house you will not need your car once parked during your stay! Housing Our house of 30 m2 on one level from the street has a mezzanine and patio and was renovated in 2025. This is our holiday home, the materials chosen are of quality and we have decorated it with love. It was designed to be warm, you can feel at home. Lounge open onto the patio: An air of freshness and greenery thanks to a palm tree that serves as a natural parasol! The master bedroom is on the mezzanine floor, a bed 2 beds 140 and comfortable awaits you. Room bright and airy thanks to a roof velux. In a small alcove, we put the little bed in 90 that uses our little boy, he feels like in a cocoon. There is also a 2-seater sofa bed in the very comfortable living room. Our kitchen is well equipped, Nespresso machine and kettle available. The outside is really nice, it consists of a patio equipped with a table and seats to enjoy good lunches and aperitifs in peace and without real vis à vis! WIFI access, television available. Parties/parties are not allowed, we are in a quiet area and must respect our neighborhood. We did everything to make you feel at home in our little house! Have a good holiday Denis

Neighbourhood information

Ideal location for a successful holiday! The sea at the end of the street, shops, restaurants and the Halles d'Arcachon a few minutes walk. The beautiful Parc Mauresque 25 meters for walks and games for children. Possibility to rent bikes from a rental company 1 street from us to discover the beach Pereire, the Moulleau, the port of l'Aiguillon and the oyster port of La Teste with its typical huts and the natural area of salt meadows.
