Beautiful 5 rooms villa located in the countryside, only 15 minutes walk from the city center & beaches of Collioure. View of the Castle of Collioure from the living room. Very sunny, quiet & peaceful domain. The mas is surrounded by 20.000 m2 of vineyards & large trees. Villa of 130m2 with 4 bedrooms (3 double bedrooms + 1 bedroom with 4 single beds), equipped kitchen, 2 bathrooms & living room with fireplace. All main rooms open to a large terrace. Outdoor swimming pool available from 1st of May to 30th of September.
