New stylish one bedroom apartment with all creature comforts and amenities in juan les pins ... approximately 300 metres (5 mins walk) from Grande Plage Beach in juan les pins ... two smart 50" tvs one in the living room one in the bedroom, NETFLIX, multi channel international programes including all UK progranmes, sports and movie channels, DVD player, washing machine and dish washer.
We have an extremely high standard of cleaning in the apartment... clients have complimentary use of toiletries and cleaning products we also provide beach towels
We have a chauffer service to and from Nice Airport, for more information on this please do not hesitate to contact us at the time of booking.
With each booking guests are provided with a complimentary bottle of water and wine on arrival.

My apartment in Juan Les Pins is a second home which i visit and stay around 6 times a year. I enjoy shating my home with guests from all around the world. My Property Manager Abigail lives 3 minutes from the apartment, also in Rue Puerre Loti and will undertake the meet and great when you arrive and check out when you leave.
Ideally situated in quiet area of Juan Les Pins, but with great transport links across the Cote D'Azur and beyond ... Bus stop 100 metres away, including buses to Cote D'Azur airport. Petrol garage is 50 metres away. Juan Les Pins beach is less than 5 minutes walk, the town centre with numerous shops, bars and restaurants are 10 minutes walk away. Historic Antibes with harbour and picasso museums is 10 minutes away.
On site dedicated parking ... Bus stop to: Antibes, Cannes, Nice and Nice Cote D'Azur ... airport is 100 metres away ... journey to aiport is 40 minutes ... Juan Les Pins train station (10 minutes walk away) goes to: Cannes, Nice, Monaco, Marseilles and the Italian border.
