Our house, built in 2015, located at the bottom of a dead end, on a plot of 1800 m2 ensures peace and tranquility. It enjoys a natural environment, where it is good to recharge with the calm and beauty of the place.

The living environment in which we live has prompted us to discover it, to make enjoy the well-being and beauty of the Rhuys peninsula, and SARZEAU in particular. We are committed to its values and are happy to share them.
The coastal path of the gulf offers 25 km of walks and hiking and the Atlantic facade allows the passage of pedestrians over 17 km. Different beaches border the Atlantic coast of the town. The nearest beach: Roaliguen beach, located just 2 kms from the apartment, you can walk there. For your safety, the coastline is equipped with supervised and regulated bathing areas. The beach of Penvins benefits from the label Handiplage.La commune has more than 130 km of inland and coastal paths offering many possibilities for walks and treks loaded with natural and cultural patrimonial discoveries. These paths are part of various organized and marked trails. In the heart of the Gulf of Morbihan and Presqu'île de Rhuys, the town of Sarzeau has a remarkable natural heritage. Covering an area of ​​more than 6000 hectares, the territory benefits from a wide variety of landscapes, habitats and rare species. The megaliths also mark the Sarzeautin landscape. 33 important archaeological sites are inventoried in the commune of Sarzeau among which 10 menhirs, 5 dolmens, 4 tumulus and 2 cairns.
