Standing in a commanding position towards the top of a gentle hill and set in its own one acre garden surrounded by farmland. The area containing the swimming pool is completely walled, providing shelter and privacy, with the wall overlooking the valley slightly lowered to provide magnificent views. Nandolle is typical of the buildings found in the Perigord Blanc area of the Northern Dordogne so named because of the chalky limestone formations found in the fields. The 11 x 4.5m pool is mosaic tiled with a curved Roman end. The ground floor has good wheelchair accessibility and is all on one level. The second lounge on the ground floor has two L shaped settees (one a double sofa bed) and bathroom which leads onto the poolside patio area. A TV is also installed in this area. A French window leads from the main lounge/dining area opening onto a large patio with a wooden picnic table where you can sit and enjoy stunning views. Dogs are allowed but certain conditions apply. If the conditions are not adhered to a charge will be made to cover any extra cleaning etc. Dogs must also be kept on a lead at all times when walking up and down the lane.

The nearest village is Nanteuil Auriac de Bourzac. The nearest town for shopping is Verteilla which is approximately 4 miles away and at 12 miles distant is the town of Riberac which contains many banks, shops and supermarkets. There are many inexpensive and gastronomic restaurants in the immediate vicinity. A car is recommended. There is golf nearby plus tennis and fishing. There is also an inland beach at Aubeterre (also an underground church here). Approximately 10 miles distance.
