For stays from 1 to 3 nights, bed linen and towels are provided. Bed linen and towels change is possible upon request and for an extra charge. End-of-stay cleaning is included in the rate, except for the kitchen area and dishes which must be cleaned by the guests. For stays of 4 nights or more, bed linen, towels and end-of-stay cleaning are not included in the rate but are available for an extra charge.

When travelling with pets, please note that an extra charge of 12 EUR per pet, per night applies. Please note that a maximum of [1] pet is allowed.

For group bookings (5 units or more) group conditions may apply: prepayment of the total amount at the time of booking and cancellation possible up to 45 days before arrival. Please contact us for further information.

All swimmers must wear swimwear (traditional swim trunks, one-piece or two-piece swimsuits). For hygiene reasons, long swimsuits, swim shorts, and more generally any loose-fitting clothing are prohibited. The pool area is off-limits to anyone not wearing the swimwear mentioned above.

到店时需支付损毁押金：€ 300。 该押金将通过信用卡收取。 退房后7天内此押金将返还给你。 住宿场所经检查如无任何损坏，此押金将通过信用卡全额返还。
