## The neighborhood The accommodation is located near a parking lot with approximately three spaces, a one-minute walk from the heated pool (at the beginning and end of the season) and all the activities on the residence (mini golf, children's play area, two pétanque courts, basketball court). The 6-hectare residence is family-friendly, semi-pedestrianized, far from noise and crowds. It is highly appreciated for its green spaces, scrubland, and incredible sea view over Cupabia Bay (a Natura 2000 site), accessible on foot in 20 minutes (as well as numerous coves) for good walkers, or 3 minutes by car for the nearest beaches. In high season, a bakery service offers pastries for breakfast from 7:30 to 8:15 a.m. Restaurants and the post office are a 5-minute walk away, as are numerous hiking trails right outside the residence. Ideal location for exploring southern Corsica and its many activities (Sartène, Bonifacio, Ajaccio, Porticcio, Filitosa, Genoese towers, coves, water sports, hiking, cultural visits, etc.). Porto Pollo (5 minutes away by car) with its port, restaurants, shops, pharmacy, beaches, water sports, and more. ## Getting around Provenza (located 20 minutes away) if arriving by ferry, and Ajaccio (located 60 minutes away) if arriving by plane or ferry.
