A 5-minute walk from the city centre of Saint-Gervais, you can enjoy the restaurants and all the amenities. The free ski bus passes at the foot of the residence to take you to the ski area which offers 445km of slopes. Bus also available in the summer to reach the starting points of the hikes. Also located a 5-minute drive from the famous Thermes de Saint-Gervais and a 2-minute walk from the Mont-Blanc tram. The studio is located on the 4th and last floor of the residence (without elevator) with mountain views. It is bright, completely renovated, designed to optimise your comfort with a 2-seater retractable bed and a folding bench for 2 to accommodate up to 4 people in total. All bedding is included. Note that the bench is an extra bed (120x180cm) so comfort remains limited. Kitchen with hob and oven, TV, WIFI, shower and washing machine. Towels available. Come and put your suitcases quietly, enjoy the landscapes and activities!

Saint-Gervais is a pretty and pleasant village of ski resort where it is good to live. The domain of Saint-Gervais is part of the domain Évasion Mont-blanc. It is connected to the domain of Mégève and Saint-Nicolas de Véroce. Possibility of buying an Évasion Mont Blanc package allowing access to all of the areas mentioned above as well as that of Contamines-Montjoie/Hauteluce and that of Combloux/La Giettaz. There are also multiple activities in summer: hiking, cycling (downhill mountain biking possible with the DMC), mountaineering, climbing... The region is a huge playground and there is one for all tastes and ages. Bus at the foot of the residence to reach the departure of the ski lifts in winter and summer for hiking. Fayet-Saint-Gervais station is 5 minutes away by car. Bus also available between the station and the accommodation by line 84. This same line serves the Contamines-Montjoies and Sallanches in the other direction. Line 82 runs from Praz-sur-Arly to Chamonix via Saint-Gervais. All leaflets and schedules are available in the accommodation.
