Located perfectly for exploring the beautiful region of Languedoc-Roussillon-Midi Pyrenees and is a popular area for cycling and hiking. Private parking is available on site and we make a great base for exploring this beautiful area. Also on offer is a shared swimming pool. We have a Summer kitchen available for your use should you wish to spend the evening preparing a BBQ and relaxing on the terrace. Carcassone also offers a good golf course should you wish to play a few holes during your holiday. Nestled at the foot of the Montagne Noir there are great walking areas and we are also close to the Canal du Midi for cycling or walking.

We have lived in the house since March 2016. It was our dream to own a home in France and fell in love with this one. As it's a large house situated in extensive grounds, with plenty of room to offer bed and breakfast and a self contained studio apartment, we would like to share this with new people who are exploring the area as we did for several years.

Carlipa is a typical French village not far from Carcassonne. It has a local bakery and is close to the Canal du Midi, Port de Bram. Beautiful clear night skies, complete peace and quiet make it a perfect place for relaxing yet being at the heart of an area offering the Mediterranean, the Pyrenees and the Montagne Noir.
