The accommodation comprises - A 30 m² living room with TV, sofa and dining area - A fully-equipped kitchen with electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob, etc. - Two separate WCs The bedrooms are accessed by a few steps: - Bedroom 1: Queen-size bed (160×200), with en-suite shower room - Bedroom 2: Two single beds that can be separated and a bathroom with shower. For even greater comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: barbecue, washing machine, tumble dryer, ironing board and iron. Outside : - Private swimming pool (size: 7 x 3.50 m), heated and covered, open from 9am to 9pm, from 1 May to 30 September. - A beautiful 200 m² garden and a 60 m² terrace with furniture to enjoy the fine weather - A pétanque court Other comments: - Access to the accommodation and swimming pool is strictly reserved for the occupants of the rental property.
