    Die Lage ist zwar nicht unmittelbar in der Innenstadt, aber auch mit dem Velo sehr gut erreichbar. Das Appartement ist sehr nett und sehr gut ausgestattet. Ganz neu renoviert. Chapeau! Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt.

Bright, fully renovated, dual-aspect apartment along the Doubs and the cycle route, close to shops, park and 800m from the city center... A green side with a view of the Doubs and nature and the other side of the city. 2 bedrooms, one with a bunk bed, and living room with sofa bed. Ideal for a family or friends up to 7/8 people. Secure condominium with video surveillance cameras in the common areas. Parking space in front of the condominium or nearby, easily accessible 30 meters away. Also a charging station for electric vehicles is located about 300 meters away, AVIA station (Type 2).
Access to the apartment on the 2nd floor via the secure building entrance. Video surveillance cameras to secure the building are present in the common areas and outside (I insist on avoiding the arrival of malicious "tenants" 😅) Independent entrances with secure key box. I live in the building, so I am at your disposal for any information or services. Direct access by car from the national road 57 and the Besançon/Switzerland axis. SNCF train station in Pontarlier and TGV station in Frasne 15km away. GTJ (Grandes Traversées du Jura) cycle path which passes at the foot of the building and GR. Labeled "Accueil Vélo" and "Motards Bienvenue", a room will be made available to you to store your bicycles or motorcycles safely. Parking space available in the courtyard of the condominium. Otherwise public parking space 30 meters from the apartment... (Electric vehicle terminal 300 m away (AVIA).) A neighborhood halfway between the city center and the shopping area, with a quiet side with a view of the Doubs river, nature and the public park of Pontarlier. A "train path" cycle path and pedestrian zone at the foot of the building. And on the other side, a view of the city. "The city in the countryside" with its nature side while being in the heart of Pontarlier...
