This charming 28 m² air-conditioned studio apartment in Port-Vendres nearby from the beach and can accommodate up to 2 people. Located on the ground floor, it comprises a pretty 20 m² living room, an open-plan fitted kitchen and a shower room. Wifi included, we're waiting for you! The accommodation comprises - A 20 m² living room with TV, sitting area and dining area - A fully-equipped kitchen with electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob, etc. - A double bed (140×190) - Bathroom with shower and WC Outside: - A balcony of around 3 m² to enjoy the fine weather Other remarks : - Free WiFi available (fibre optics) - Pets are not allowed in the accommodation - Bed linen and towels are not included and can be provided on request at an additional cost (hire and payment to be made with our local partner).
