In a Heritage building (in this villa took place the first movie performance in the world !!!), which belonged to the Lumière brothers, this is an independant room (own high security door), modern, with bath/shower, numerous chests and drawers, free wifi, a table in front of window (with view on a huge park) allows breakfast or a little snack (but meals are not provided). A courtesy tray is offered with tea, Nespresso, cookies, sweets... The beach is at 250 m. No kitchen, but one of Owner's kitchens can be shared (on agreement). Possibility of table d'hôte. One private toilets. A kids room can be shared. (upon agreement). Huge park with beautiful trees, with kids playgrounds, a small pinewood, for adults only (sunbathing allowed). Numerous parking spaces. The resort is accessible only with a code. Note that there is an additional room, in option, located in a separate building, to the pinewood. Very simple double room, with separate entrance. Refurbished 08/2023. Very clean. Only cold water wash sink. Common toilets (for 4 rooms, the others are mostly not occupied). Ideal for elder kids, or for receiving a couple of friends for a night or two. This room (called "La Chambre d'Amis) cannot be booked separately.

This historic resort is a landmark of La Ciotat and is worlwide famous for the historic event which took place the on Sept 21st 1895 : the first public movie performance in the world !!!
