An exceptional retreat for a holiday in the city, this modern penthouse provides more than enough room for up to four guests. The area and our penthouse is Cycling Friendly and we provide free Strava links when you book 4 nights and above. We also offer a 20% discount code on our cycling apparel Vélo Larsson for our guests booking our Penthouse over Monaco. The apparels will be waiting for our guests at the Penthouse at the arrival. The apartment was renovated in beginning of 2024 and our aim was to create an apartment with all necessary items in the kitchen and furnitures, appliance are all new. Our policy is no outdoor footwear indoors, to keep the floor and carpets welcoming for everyone. If you don’t bring your own indoor shoes/slippers we have some for our guests to use if the tiles feels cold The Penthouse also offer a private rooftop terrace area for you to use during the stay. In the penthouse there is natural cork yoga mats, foam roller and trigger point balls for our guests to use. In the kitchen there is a Brita carafe that filter the tap water, so no need to buy water. We recommend you to also use the Brita filtered water while cooking. For us coffee is an important part of life, so in the apartment you will find a Ratio Six, it is a simple brewer that will consistently brew a great cup of coffee. It's designed with simplicity, as only one button controls the entire machine. For all guests we provide some fresh beans for the first brew. For a simple and quick coffee we also have a Senseo pods machine and a separate milk foamer

We lived in this area since 2007 and we moved here because of the quality of life and great cycling in the beautiful surroundings.
