Luxurious Retreat - our Shepherds Hut is located in one of our secluded paddocks overlooking the countryside and a distant view of the sea. It offers both privacy and tranquility whilst being located within walking distance of the local beach and village of Dragey. Inside we have created a beautiful interior to cater for your luxurious break. Underfloor heating, a large shower, king size bed, fully equipped kitchen and wifi. The hut gives you the ability to be at one with the countryside with its beautiful terrace and views of the church, sea and horses.
We look forward to welcoming you to our beautiful little jewel in the countryside. We are very proud of our Shepherd's Hut which we built last Spring (2022). It is luxurious, tranquil, relaxing and private and a great base to explore all the nearby attractions such as the D-Day Landing Beaches, Bayeux Tapestry, Granville, Avranches, Mont Saint Michel, Domfront and St Malo.
We also offer private dining at Petit Bijou made with homegrown and local produce. Let us know if you would like to dine on your private terrace and we will cook you a beautiful two-course dinner (main and dessert) where you will be surrounded by birdsong and countryside.
The village of Dragey is a 5 minute walk where you will find Au Grenier, the local bar, shop & restaurant, with all its charm and character. The beach is a 25 minute walk or 3 minute drive. Once you arrive you start to appreciate this incredible beach with one of the longest tidal reaches in the world. This tidal reach leads you to the jewel in the crown of Mont St Michel majestically rising out of the bay.
