Your hosts are Brad, Zoe and our two children. After deciding to leave the UK, we began our search for a slower pace of life and our dream family home in France. After much searching, we found Manoir de Calvet and moved from the UK to France in April 2023 to begin a new chapter in our lives. Our ambition was to establish a holiday rental and a family home but more importantly to immerse ourselves into the French way of life. An abundance of natural beauty, strong cultural heritage, stunning landscapes and long summer days provide the perfect backdrop for our lives here in France. Manoir de Calvet is situated in the Quercy Blanc region. Dominating the valley below it sits on a promontory, boasting breathing taking views of the market town of Montcuq and its famous tower. Amidst a rich tapestry of lush countryside crisscrossed by woodlands, streams and meadows, the area remains agriculturally active and is a haven for wildlife.
