Its location offers the perfect land-sea setting for a variety of pleasures. Whether you fancy a spot of shopping or a stroll, the beach and the centre of Deauville and Trouville are less than 15 minutes away on foot. Our residence proudly boasts five stars and typical half-timbered architecture. The seaside atmosphere continues inside your bright, functional flat, with its blue hues and Norman elegance. You'll be able to relax like never before, sitting out on your balcony or terrace to soak up the sun and contemplate the view of the harbour, gardens or swimming pool.

Bordered by the river, the area adjoins the yacht basin and opens out onto the sea, offering an exceptional living environment with its wide promenade, pedestrian walkways and cycle paths. Here, we do not have porters or room service: everything is designed to offer you a private and independent space, unlike a traditional hotel, so you can enjoy your holiday in complete freedom, just like at home.">>

=> After booking, you may reserve the location of your accommodation by calling the residence. Location preferences are subject to availability and available at an additional cost.

=> Included services: "beds made upon arrival, bed and bath linen, 2 bathrobes, Basic access wifi, end of stay cleaning (except the dishes and the kitchen), cleaning kit"

=> In case the total amount of the reservation is not paid in the time-frame set in the policies, the property reserves the right to cancel the reservation and apply cancellation fees.

=> Please note that the indoor pool is closed until the end of January 2026 due to renovation work, but the heated outdoor pool and the spa remain open.

Please note that some improvements underway... From 15 September 2025 to 26 February 2027, work will be carried out within the residence between 9 a.m. and 5.30 p.m. (excluding school holidays and weekends). You may see scaffolding and hear occasional construction noise. We are doing everything we can to minimise the impact on your stay. Thank you for your understanding.
