The accommodation is composed as follows: First floor - 50 m² living room with sofa, TV, fireplace (wood provided) - Dining room - Fully-equipped kitchen with electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob... - Bedroom 1: king-size bed (180×200) - Bathroom with shower and WC - Separate WC First floor: - Bedroom 2, 3 and 4 : king-size bed (180×200) - Bedroom 5: two single beds (90×190) - Bathroom with shower and WC - Bathroom with bath and WC For even greater comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: barbecue, washing machine, cot, plancha, ironing board and iron. Exterior: - A 30 m² terrace with furniture to enjoy the fine weather - A beautiful private garden of 1,000 m², planted with trees and not enclosed.
