You'll particularly appreciate the balcony and dedicated work area. For your comfort, you'll have at your disposal: Parking, Television, Washing machine, Iron, Hair dryer, Fireplace, Dishwasher, Oven, Microwave, Coffee machine, etc. Bed linen and towels are provided at extra cost. The house is located : - quiet (not far from the village) ; - 400 m from the Prorel cable car; - 700 m from the "Carrefour City" supermarket; - 5 minutes by car from the Briançon Aquatic Center; - 10 minutes from the Serre Chevalier ski area; - 15 minutes from Vielle Ville Vauban; - 20 minutes from the Grands Bains du Monêtier; and much more... Professional housekeeping is provided before and after each guest. You're very welcome :) ## Emplacement In the Massif des Écrins, the village of Puy-Saint-Pierre gives you access to the many ski slopes of Serre-Chevalier.
