Property information

This cosy apartment has been decorated with taste and is fitted with everything you need for a comfortable stay in Nice. The apartment was renovated in December 2016, it is on the 1st floor (NO LIFT) of a typical building located just 2 minutes walking away from the beach! This apartment has an open kitchen equipped with everything you need to prepare your own meals, just buy your fresh produce directly from the farmer marker around the corner and get started! On the bedroom you have a double bed queen size as well as a big cupboard to hang your clothes. The bathroom is brand new with a shower. Included in the rental fee: - Friendly meet and greet by a local (someone to give you the keys and show you the apartment) - Comfortable double bed (160cm x 200cm) - Sofa bed (140cm x 190cm) - Bathroom with shower - Fully fitted kitchen (incl. fridge, freezer, microwave, washing machine, hob, kettle, toaster) - Wireless Internet - Air conditioning - Iron and ironing board - Hair dryer - AC - Bed linen and Fairtrade bath towels

The building is a located just steps away from the famous Massena Square, a 2 minutes walk from the beach and only a few minutes walk away from the Farmers Market where every morning you can buy the best fresh produce France has to offer All kinds of shops and a large selection of bars and restaurants are located less than a 1 minute walk from the apartment, take your pick!
