Dear all guests! Please note that this is a private room available for daily stays from 7 pm to 11 am. All guests must follow house rules and conditions during their stay. Keys are not available for these rooms unless a deposit is given. We do not accept guests who are disabled or who have disabilities. Entering the premises without the host's permission during check-in is strictly prohibited. To gain access, guests should contact the host via Booking messages upon arrival at the entrance of the building. Any violation of these rules will result in an immediate cancellation of your stay/ reservation. Please be aware that re-entry will not be permitted once you leave the listing. Daily return home begins at 7 pm onwards up until 11.30 pm, and accommodations close daily before 12 pm. During your stay, you may only bring one piece of standard-sized cabin luggage or one backpack into the accommodation. Any additional items will be subject to an extra fee. Bobigny is the prefecture (capital city) of the Seine-Saint-Denis department, as well as the seat of the Arrondissement of Bobigny. It is the 11th most populous commune in Seine-Saint-Denis. Bobigny is the seat of the Seine-Saint-Denis prefecture. The first IKEA store in France was located in this commune. Bobigny is served by two stations on Paris Métro Line 5: Bobigny – Pantin – Raymond Queneau and Bobigny – Pablo Picasso. It can also be reached from the outer terminus of Paris Métro Line 7 at La Courneuve.
