Along with my partner Sylvain, a French-Spanish local who grew up in the area, we are delighted to welcome you to our accommodations in Collioure, the most beautiful village in France. We are fluent in French, English, Spanish, Mandarin, and Cantonese. ——————————————— SOME IMPORTANT INFORMATION - ——————————————— PARKING : • Public parking is available nearby, at around 250 meters from the accommodations. The cost is approximately 20 Eur per day. Subscriptions are available for longer stays ( 30 to 50 Eur per week depending on location and duration ). Free parking spaces are generally available nearby during the low season ( late November to mid-March ). In the high season ( mid-March to late November ), free parking spaces are rarer and farther away. ——————————————— INCLUDED PRODUCTS : • Basic organic products are included. ABOUT THE ACCOMMODATION: The main photos are taken directly from the accommodations. This is without a doubt the most beautiful view of Collioure. Magnificent panorama of the bay, the royal castle, and the bell tower. Located on a semi-pedestrian street. Direct access to the beach. Reversible air conditioning and fully equipped kitchen. ——————————————— SOME IMPORTANT NOTES ABOUT THE ACCOMMODATIONS: ——————————————— • THE STUDIO: Unfortunately, the studio is not at all suitable for people with limited mobility, those with motor disabilities, or anyone who has difficulty climbing stairs or ladders, including elderly individuals. The bed is located on a mezzanine accessed by a ladder ( Japanese style stair ), which is steep and narrow. The ceiling height in the mezzanine is limited ( minimum 1.65m - maximum 2.30m). The sofa bed in the living room ( high-end ) can potentially serve as the main bed for those who prefer not to climb up to the mezzanine. However, it is not as comfortable as the mezzanine bed, it takes up a lot of space when opened, and there are still two flights of steep and narrow stairs to reach the studio. The two apartments described below are more suitable for people with the difficulties mentioned earlier. Please note that the sleeping area is not separated from the living room in the studio ( no wall or door between the two spaces ). It’s ideal for young couples or small families for a short stay. ——————————————— • THE APARTMENTS: There are only two bedrooms. The 5th and 6th guests sleep on the sofa bed in the living room ( high-end ), which is available in only one of the two apartments. There is only one bathroom ( the toilet is separate ). The apartments are primarily suited for families ( a couple with children ). They are located above a restaurant. It is not a bar, and it is generally not noisy, closing around 11:00 PM. ———————————————

NEIGHBORHOOD • The accommodations are located in the Faubourg district, one of the quietest areas in Collioure, with direct access to the beach. In the heart of the historic center but away from areas with bars ( 5-10 min ), which helps avoid most of the late-night noise from partygoers during the summer after midnight. The semi-pedestrian waterfront street provides a safe environment for families with children and a much quieter atmosphere compared to other neighborhoods ( minimal car noise ). A variety of dining options are available, ranging from high-end gourmet restaurants to more affordable good-quality options. Note that there is a restaurant on the ground floor, which unfortunately only operates during the high season ( from mid-March to mid-November ). Grocery stores, a pharmacy, and all types of shops are nearby ( less than 2 minutes ). Bus stop within 5 minutes. ——————————————— ABOUT THE SERVICES OFFERED: ——————————————— Starting January 1, 2025, the following para-hotel services and amenities will be included in the price of your stay: - Personalized welcome. - Provision of bed linens, towels, dish towels, and other household linens, with beds made upon arrival. - Cleaning services: cleaning at check-in and check-out. ——————————————— Starting January 1, 2025, guests may also, for an additional fee as per the pricing list available on-site, request the following “à la carte” para-hotel services during their stay, provided the service is booked one day in advance: - Additional cleaning ( 60 Eur ). - Bedding service ( change of sheets, duvet covers, and pillowcases: 20 Eur per bed ). - Change of towels ( 10 Eur per set of towels: one large and one small towel per set). - Provision of a travel crib upon request ( free ). - Provision of a high chair for children upon request ( free ). ———————————————
