De huizen zijn eigendom van individuele eigenaren en verschillen in grootte en inrichting. Alle woningen beschikken over 2 badkamers, een goed ingerichte keuken, 3 of 4 slaapkamers en een grote woonkamer met toegang tot een ruim terras en tuin.
