As our residences re-open, reception opening times may be subject to change. We will do our utmost to welcome you and help you access your accommodation in the best possible conditions.

In case the total amount of the reservation is not paid in the timeframe set in the policies, the property reserves the right to cancel the reservation and apply cancellation fees.

If you expect to arrive outside reception opening hours, please inform the property in advance. Contact details can be found on the booking confirmation.
